Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in Everyday Applications

  INTRODUCTION This paper explores Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in everyday applications, in multiple industries, and the privacy implications of these technologies. Augmented Reality is the technology of using wearable headsets that allow the projection of images or tools into the real world. On the other hand, Virtual Reality “transports” the user into a virtual world. Both Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technologies are used to create a more immersive and interactive experience for the user. I believe Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality have a lot of beneficial use cases depending on the industry it is in.
